Product: HP 680 blank ini catridges
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I ran out of ink so I bought a new one for the hp desk jet 3835 printer. I got the 680 black ink and then put them in my printer but the printer said that the ink cartridges are incompatible. Please help. thank you

Is your Printer enrolled in the HP Instant Ink Program? If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?

The “Incompatible Cartridge” message may signal you that the cartridge was placed in the wrong slot. In case you get such an error, make sure the cartridge model numbers match your printer model and your country/region. After that, check if they are installed correctly in the corresponding slots.
