HP 6830
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My 6830 just stopped printing black. Was printing fine last week but the cartridge ran low, so I bought a new 934 XL size black HP cartridge. Now blank pages. I already did all that is described here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/HP-6830-Won-t-print-black/td-p/6502662 

I guess next step will be to get the "private message" with suggesting the next course of action. Thank you

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
