I am replacing an HP 6830 (#1) which has unrepairable print head issues with another HP 6830 (#2) which I have. #1 is registerd with HP Instant Ink. #2 WAS registered with Instant Ink before obtaining and switching to #1. Successfully navigated through replacement enroll process until it wants the printer claim code. I am unable to print with #2 as it is not registered with Instant Ink and will not print. So I determined the email address and put in for the code, red message: "Printer Code not recognized. Try again." I have removed and reinstalled (twice) web services which results in a new email address for the printer but get the same result. It's Sunday and support/chat is closed.
