Thank you for your note, Jeet. I am still without printer working...suspect cartridge is low or out of ink. I am on the authomatic refill program, but have not received any notice for refill, nor has there been any indicator that cartridge is running low. I should also add I've been on the first cartridge sent me for almost 10 MONTHS! All has run smoothly until today when "cartridge problem" icon appeared and printing stopped. Cartridge is installed correctly. I may go to store to buy a new black cartridge, but if on auto refill program, perplexed as to how or why having to buy own cartridge. ??? Any help most appreciated.

HP 920xl cartridges are intended for older printer models, those are not compatible with a 6960 printer and cannot be used with a such.
Please use the correct cartridges for your country as listed below:
