i've got a 6960 from some months now, with a hp instant link cartridges, working' perfectly.
Unfortunatly, my son played a bit with it 😞 and now she's locked down to this message when i start it : this cartriges need an inscription to hp instant link. And i cannot do anything from there : no menu no nothing.
I've tried :
- remove - re-add cartridges
- connect via usb > appears offline
- on my HP instant ink account, she's online 😑
- the wifi icon is blinking (but cannot configure wifi because i cannot access anything) 🙄
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
