Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP PHOTOSMART 7520 all in one.

SUDDEN issue : the paper is no longer pushed towards the ink cartridges ,and stay in the paper provider.

the assistance councils are unapplicable :the rolling system is unreachable .

what can I do ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand the printer is not picking the paper. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

Refer to this document to know how to correctly load the papers in the printer.
