HP 8710 Supply System Problem Need Ink to Troubleshoot per HP Tech Support

HP 8710 Error "Supply System Problem"

 

After cleaning and unplugging for five minuets, power button pressed for over 30 seconds and ink reinstalled. Black is not stated as an issue but wondering how to get the three colors that is supposed to be provided under my enrolled ink replacement program that the printer now suggest as additional troubleshooting methods. I hardly used the printer the last time maybe a year ago?

Replaced the three "color" ink cartridges Y C M the error message referenced (black was ok) and printer is back operational
