HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

Hi all,

My printer ran out of ink and I thought, "That's curious, I thought I had an instant ink subscription, and I think I recall seeing it bill my credit card."  Checked, and sure enough, a recurring payment.  But when I log into instant ink, it finds my printer and then doesn't seem to think I have an instant ink account.  Furthermore, my printer ran out of ink and narry a word from HP instant ink.

HP doesn't have any real people to discuss this issue with.  So here I am.  Do I just cancel instant ink payments via the credit card and buy the ink in the store?
