My HP 2135 printer has been giving issues from the past 4-5 months . Specifically , the color cartridge is not printing any other color apart from majenta ( it is a HP 680 Tri Color Ink Cartridge ) .
I have tried replacing the cartridge with a new one , but the problem still occurs .
I have already run the Print & Diagnostics tool, cleaned the print-head multiple times .
Any suggestions ?

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
If you have done all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
