HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I purchased an HP DeskJet 4120e with 6 months free instant ink when I try to access the instant ink service ( after entering personal data) it says :

This printer model is not eligible for our subscription service. and will not proceed further.

Is this just a site error or have I been deceived?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 4120e All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
