Hi everyone, the problem I'm having with my printer is as follows...
I have the correct HP ink cartridges installed into the printer, both my PC (Windows 10 OS) and the app on my iPhone 7+ tell me that I have all ink in my coloured ink cartridge and half in my black cartridge. However when I try to print anything out (specifically in colour as it's been what I've been testing to try and fix the printer) I only get blue and brown printed out, if there is anything black that's meant to be printed it goes blue too. I have tried re-alignment of the printer several times... it aligns it properly but doesn't fix the colour change, and I've also used the built-in cleaning service on the app. I've also check the cartridges and there is no plastic over it that may stop the ink from being used.
Please could I get some help as I wouldn't want to have to spend £45 minimum on a new printer when I have one that seems to be 50% functional

Hi @mathewpalmer97,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
