Hello,

 

I forgot the EWS password of my printer. Is there a way to reset my password? I already tried resetting the network, that didn't work so please dont suggest the reset of network setting. I need the EWS password. I hope someone can help me.

@ckurt08, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Let us try these steps:

 

While applying power, press and hold the Power button until the Resume and Color Copy off lights are off.

Then press and hold Wireless and Info for at least 1 sec.

 

If the above did not help, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
