Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

tengo una impresora todo-en-uno HP DeskJet GT 5820 hace 2 años ya  pesar de cumplir con las recomendaciones y / o sugerencias para transportar la impresora, siempre se dañan los cartuchos, motivo por el cual me veo en la necesidad de volver a comprarlos Me ha sucedido en dos ocasiones este problema ... Me comunico con soporte y me dicen que la solución es comprarlos y reemplazarlos .. Pienso que no es justo que cada vez que el requerimiento de transporte deba asumir ese costo, pero es la única solución que me dan.
