I am enrolled with Instant Ink. A week ago I got an email from HP telling me my HP Deskjet 2622 printer was not connected to the Internet. As the wireless indicator on my printer was lit up blue and not flashing, I ignored the message. Today I found my "i" (information) indicator lit up orange, so I pressed it. The printer produced a sheet of paper that tells me that my printer is connected to my wireless network, and that the signal strength is excellent, but that "This printer is not connected to the Internet". I do not understand this, but if it is true it will mean that I do not automatically receive the ink cartridges I am owed through the Instant Ink programme. What should I do? Thank you.

Nobody know anything about this?

Well, according to my dashboard on the Instant Ink website it seems my printer is online after all, despite what the printer's information sheet says. So, this turns out to be a non-probem.
