Hi,

I've received a flyer from Amazon about redeeming £10 instant ink credit but when I try and enrol my printer it says 'printer claimed on another account'. I have tried trouble shooting through the website already, it says to delete from other account - but I've owned the printer from new so how can I find out whose claimed my printer?
