HP DeskJet 2652
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP DeskJet 2652 with InstantInk cartridge, and the print quality is bad on the black color.

I have tried to clean printheads and align printheads multiple times to improve the quality, it did improve a bit but still the some of the black color text (randomly) printed blur, usually the first/last characters of the line.

I wonder if this is cartridge issue, and the instant ink cartridge need to be replace

I report to HP support 2 days ago and got case number, but then no respond after that

Solved

Thank you @Asmita6658 for the replacement instant ink cartridge. After installing the new ink the print quality is good now.

Hi Asmita,

I have tried the steps to fix the poor quality as the page mentioned but it doesn't solve the issue.

Some of the letters was still blurred.

Print quality result after align & clean printhead multiple times: https://ibb.co/1nffw6f

There's no issue on instant ink shipment, I was mentioning instant ink because I wonder whether this is cartridge issue or printer hardware issue.

Hi @Jason020

To better assist you -

1) May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

2) What's the operating system installed on the computer?

3) Are you able to make a copy?

Let me know.
