While printing the icon with the "world" start flashing orange light and the icon with the envelop start flashing also on the printer screen and the printing process stop. It seems that it start connecting with Istant Ink service to "tell" the cartridge status but while doing it the printer is not able to continue the job. this is my idea.

When it stops it prints a black line on the sheet, I haven't understood if this happen cause the printed sheets block the exit of the last or not.

I see that you are facing flashing light issues with your HP Deskjet 3700 All-in-One printer.

 

In order to isolate the issue, let me know if you are using instant ink cartridges.

Yes I use Istant Ink.

It sends me the cartridge when it is running off.
