deskjet 3755
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the 3755 because it was inexpensive and small for my kids college dorm.  I did not know that it did not have ethernet port.  Now we find that the college policy won't allow printers to connect to the wifi, and I'm getting warnings that the printer needs to be on the internet to use InstantInk.  How do I solve this dilemma.  The printer functions with the usb cable but not well.

@cycleguy4919, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink service, it has to be connected to the Internet for the Instant Ink server to monitor the level of ink in the printer and automatically ship ink cartridges when required.

To know how to sign in to Instant Ink, refer to this document.

As this printer does not have an Ethernet port, you will have to connect the printer to a Wireless network. To check the printer specifications, click here

Let me know how this goes.
