Hi there

I just set up my printer there via my iPhone App but encountered a lot of timeouts on the app, so had to keep closing down and reopening. I assume I missed some of the set up questions as I was never asked about signing up to Instant Ink. I should have a 4 months trial, but even when I go to sign up via the Instant Ink website/page, it says with this model I only get 3 months. 
As an aside to this also, the HP Smart app is awful- I keep trying to click on my account and it won’t do anything. I just get a timer holding page and then need to shut the app down. I can’t seem to get any further. Same if I click on “Get Supplies”. Is there a known issue with the app on an iPhone?
