black cartridge does not work, even though I have done the nozzle cleaning and all other maintenance as explained in the manual by HP ONLINE Support. very, very often

HP opened a support case, but I cannot get hold of them by any means (phone / email...), -> BAD SUPPORT

Printer is registered for INSTANT INK, No advise helped to solve the issue, today I bought and installed a new black cartridge (HP304 XL) , Problem is now solved

It seems like the black ink cartridge was defective. As you are enrolled in Instant Ink, I can help you with a replacement black instant ink cartridge.
