My printer keeps showing the same message that I need to remove the tri colour cartridge and re insert it and then press ok. So I do this and it still won’t print. I used the virtual chat and it says that the cartridge is not communicating with my printer and to replace the cartridge as it’s a new instant ink cartridge I don’t have another to replace it with and if I put the cartridge that came with the printer it says it’s not an instant ink cartridge and that it will not be able to monitor the ink level and to replace it with an instant ink cartridge. My head feels like it will explode soon
