The message that I am getting while trying to connect the printer to instant ink, scan to email, connect web services is "Server Problem: The printer could not run the Web Access Test. The internect connection and Web Services might still be functioning properly. Try again later."
WiFi is connected. I can print from my mobile device to the printer. I can copy from the device itself.
I cannot scan from the device to an email address (assume this is because the issue is a server one), and I will lose my ability to print at all once my ink runs out (unless I go buy HP ink cartridges and cancel my HP instant ink sub).
I have trouble shot already by running HP scan doctor, updating router and printer, changing to the Manual IP address and DNS to manual (184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11 ) as posted in other forms. No luck with anything workings. Still popping the error message that there is a server problem. I have reset all devices including printer, router, etc. I have also disconnected from the wifi and reconnected to make sure I am on 2G and not 5G. Nothing is working.
