HP ENVY 6420e All-in-One-Drucker
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone, I'm trying to keep this brief.

I bought a printer on eBay, I'm trying to set it up for HP+ cloud services but it was showing me that it is already registered to a previous owner. (Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0004)

So I contacted the eBay seller who removed the printer from his account.

After a reset of the printer to Factory Setting with HP Erase Secure and a nth new setup, it does not show me the previous error of "the printer is connected to another account" but I still cannot add the printer to my account, but now because of another problem that I cannot neither understand nor solve.

(Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0410)

Thank you.
