Two days ago I inserted new cartridges (both color & B&W, instant ink) then printer would not print a doc in queue. I cancelled the doc to print, unplugged printer from outlet and from back of printer. When it came back on I kept getting a 'Paper jam' error. There was no paper jam, yet that error continued to show after resetting the printer two more times. Went through all troubleshooting on HP Smart and D/L HP Print Doctor and used it twice. Message said it could not fix the problem. Looking inside, the printer cartridge is all of the way to the left and it will not budge for me to move it back to the right side. I didn't force it. Still nothing today. Anyone had this before? Thanks in advance 🙂

I would like to most gratefully thank each of you who messaged me to offer help and a special thank you to An and Andy. The replacement printer arrived yesterday. This community is important and its value to HP customers is the best advantage of purchasing and owning HP products.
