HP ENVY Photo 6220 - problem with cartidge

Hello to everyone,

some days ago, my printer do an error about the cartridge.

I tried to remove and cleaned it, but the cartridge doesn't work.
The printer says me that if I cannot solve the problem, I should change the cartridge, but I have an instant ink subscription, so I can't replace it with a new one.

Someone else have or had this problem?
Could you help me?
