Colour ink not supported by the printer. Tried to follow all the virtual agent steps. If not solved asap I look forward to cancel the subscription.

I understand the printer is not recognizing the color ink cartridge. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
