I have an HP Envy Photo 7855. The screen turned blue, is displaying the Power symbol and the error code D80774EC. I have an Instant Ink subscription as well.
Is there a solution?

I understand you are receiving a "D80774EC" error.
We can perform factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue but you will have to set up the printer and the service again.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
