Product: HP Envy Photo 7855

HP Envy Photo 7855-  During a print session, my printer stopped and the Cartridge Problem error message appeared.  I have an insta-ink account.  We have uninstalled and reinstalled the ink, tried a new cartridge, tried the troubleshooter, turned off and unplugged the printer and restarted the computer.  We have followed all tips and suggestions and I am getting very frustrated.  Please advise.  Thank you.
