How can one get to the web page to register for this program.  All I get is "offline" indication.  THANKS!!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the exact model of the HP printer are you using? Is it a Photosmart or an Officejet?
  • Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
  • Which 'program' are you referring to?
  • How is the printer connected to the PC?
