I keep getting the Remove and Reinstall message on my HP Envy 4520. I've gone through all the steps with the Bot and nothing has helped. I do not have an Instant ink subscription, but i buy only original HP cartridges and these are new, working just last week so nothing has changed. Please help.

I understand the printer is not recognizing the ink cartridge. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Use HP ink cartridges.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the error persists even after replacing the ink cartridge, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
