My HP Envy 4520 prints the top half and not the bottom half of every third line.  What is problem?

Are you printing from a Win PC or a MAC?

Try making a standalone copy oin black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the estimated ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

 

Perform steps 10 and 8 respectively from this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
