I have an instant ink subscription
My printer says incompatible cartridge after I reinstalled the drivers
I have tried reinstalling the cartridge/powered it on /off, cleaned contacts etc.
When I logon to hpconnected it does show the printer
I couldn't find a contact number to talk to

Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?
Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on your printer.
Remove, inspect, then reseat the ink cartridges
Clean the electrical contacts
