Product: HP Envy 5030

Just recently the colour cartridge has stopped printing the colour Magneta and Light Magneta. Yellow is also poor.   There are no error messages and all ink levels are said to be fine. Black cartridge okay.  Done a Print Quality Diagnostic, no change, help!
