HP Envy 5050
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP Envy 5050 on the 7th November 2019 from Currys PC World, when I tried to sign up for the 2 years free instant ink as listed on their website and also on the printer box.  I discovered the prepaid card was nowhere to be found.

I tried the claim code that comes up on the touch screen, but alas that didn't work either.

I really need help with this as it has become extremely frustrating.

I understand you are trying to claim the free months for HP Instant Ink. To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

 

Could you share the screenshot of the window/website that has the 2 months free Instant Ink Ad?

Did you verify with the Currys PC world if the offer was valid?

I signed up for the free 15 pages, then the printer printed a page with a code and email. 
Submitted the details on the site and my 2yrs 100 page a month was initiated.
