HP Envy 5640 - Black cartridge not detecting, even tried with 2 new cartridges. Followed all steps of cleaning cartridge's censors and rest steps, drivers update. Still problem exists and not able to use Black Ink. Note Color Cartridge is working perfectly without any issues.
