Solved!

HP Envy 6200 black cartridge InstantInk failure,

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had a black cartridge on an HP Envy 6200 printer fail. I have carried out cleaning as instructions and switched printer off but problem still persists. As you supply cartridges as needed I do not have a spare to replace.

Hi @Kumar0307,

error : Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is a problem with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to solve the problem-you will not receive ink until the error is resolved.

 

Color ink has no problem.
