HP Envy 7155 Requiring Attention

My printer is printing streaky pages and I've just learned that my printer is no longer supported by HP. I have cleaned and aligned my print heads multiple times iwth no luck. I'm a part of the HP Ink program and need more ink...but I've not received a notice that any is in the mail yet. I've been searching for a phone number to call and speak with a person but it's impossible to find due to my printer not being supported or the categories I've looked at don't include HP products when searching for help.

 

I'm hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction?

Appreciate you trying the steps. Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have placed the order and expedited the shipment for replacement ink. It should reach you within 3 to 4 business days.
