Hello, I have restored my printer HP Envy Photo 6230, with the original production data. Now he no longer recognizes the ink cartridges and asks me to register.
I tried to redo the registration but the system does not allow me to move forward because it tells me that I am already registered.
Can someone help me ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

 

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you trying to print using the regular ink cartridges in the printer?

Have you tried printing using the Instant Ink cartridges?

What is the exact message on the printer screen while you try to print?
