So I just got my printer set up, it will print pink but will not print blue. I have cleaned to cartridge, and have done quality test and it won't print blue at all. Any thoughts?

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like an issue with the ink cartridges. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.
