I keep receiving a message to replace my printer Cartridge on my HP Envy 5540. It is enrolled in Instant Ink and they will not send more ink until the error is cleared. I have restored to factory defaults and set it up again and verified that the communication with HP Instant Ink is in tact. I have cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and the printer itself. Every once in a while I can get the alignment process to print out a sheet so I know the B&W and the Color Cartridge are functional. At this point I am ready to throw it in the trash and buy any other brand.
