I already have that issue resolved. Now I have the following issue I just posted. It is as follows.

I have one color ink and one black and white ink that is being mailed to me. It is a one time complimentary ink being sent to me because of an issue I had to handle with customer support. I saw at one time that it was shipped out, but I didn't see any tracking number to see where and approximate time of arrival. What can I do to check on it?

As these are Instant Ink cartridges, you may log in to your Instant Ink account to check the shipping details and to track the ink cartridges.
