Dear all,

 

we changed computer for a while and after installing hp smart, my printer is working but when I enter in the HP ink account page it says the printer is offline even if 1) it's connectet to WIFI, 2) it's everything ok with HPSMART where I can see the status READY 3) I can print with no problem : BUT it's impossible to check the toner level so they cannot send me the new toners, even if I am paying monthly .

 

How can I solve it?

Please help me
