HP INK subscription charges monthly without sending ink and HP printer will not connect to WI FI

So My relatively new HP ink printer will no connect wi fi to my iPad anymore.  However I have noticed in the troubleshooting HP has been charging me for monthly ink to the tune now of $26.42 when they only ever sent the welcome kit .

WHAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL CIUTOMER SERVICE .  I have change my payment into to a defunct credit card so they can no longer charge me .
