Hi I purchased the printer in May of this year with the HP INSTANT INK but have not received any replacement ink cartridges and have had to replace them twice already myself. Does anyone know how I can contact HP support here in Germany. Online help system is useless. Thanks for any help in advance

If you can do so, please contact Instant Ink Support.

There does appear to be a phone contact for your region.

Personally, I would first try using the second option (Telefon) .

 

What else?

I've sent a request to have your message moved to the Instant Ink board and asked that someone Review your concern.

Should anything come of the request, an agent will contact you here in the Community before making contact using any other method.

Hi, thank you for your reply. My INSTANT INK subscription ID is [Personal Information Removed]

I have replaced the black ink twice already and am not getting the automatic replacements.  I am not sure why that is as printer is working fine. There was a software update a while ago which caused the printer to be offline and I ended up reinstalling it. That's all I can think off.

As per the last update from your printer,  you have over 10% ink in the black cartridge and the cartridge is in an error state. This was the reason the replacement cartridge was not sent yet.

I have placed an order to ship black cartridge under expedited shipment, you should receive them in 3-5 business days.

Hi, thank you for the reply and sending out the cartridge. What does it mean when the cartridge is in error state?

Cartridge in an error state indicates that the cartridge quit working and may have to troubleshoot to get it working.

 

Because the cartridge had ink of about 10%, no Troubleshooting was performed and a replacement was sent.
