I am having some financial issues and cannot bring my account current. Was wondering if anyone has asked HP if they would either move the due date to take the printer out of suspension. Maybe a program to help pay a month, so I can bring my account current. I don't want to have to cancel my account, not even sure if that will let the printer work.
Any information will be helpful
