Hi, I have 2 separate printers under my HP Ink account and requested new ink for one of them via the virtual assistant. Despite choosing the correct printer when prompted, they have sent me ink for the wrong printer and I can't seem to get hold of an actual person to try and rectify this! Can anyone help?? I can't request ink via the virtual assistant again as she keeps saying I only requested it last week (despite the tracking showing it was for the wrong printer!)

True, the Virtual Agent cannot handle requests that it has not been trained to decipher. Not true AI.
