Hi,

 

I am having problems printing since the last one month now. The INK seems to have dried up as I do not print that often. I would need to print some documents soon but the ink situation has made me handicap. Please let me know how I can get some new coloured and black ink so that I can print. My Profile says the level of my INK is half full and HP would not send me any refills till I empty the entire ink tank.

Hello,

In order to palliate this incident, please follow the steps in the HP link Instant Ink Cartridge Will Not Print.


The best solution to you, would be to contact HP Instant Ink support.
