hp all in one printer

I am out of ink.  I have been out of ink for at least a month.  I have tried to contact HP, even staying on line to speak to a rep from 8:30 am until 6:45 pm when the rep closed the window abruptly.  My last ink delivery was in 2018.  My insta ink diagnostics say I have plenty of ink. No I do not. I can barely read what I print.  I am working from home and I need my printer to function.  If anyone is considering HP products, think twice.  Their customer service is non existent.

I have canceled this service.  I was forced to go to go get ink cartridges at target to do my job.  And they are off brand  and not HP as I really can't afford the brand name ones.  I have paid HP about $150 over the last 2 years for NOTHING. I truly feel they owe me a refill and have let them know this.  I'm not optimistic that they will do anything about it...

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
