HP DeskJet 2620

Hello,

with moving from Belgium to Netherlands I had a lot of problems with using instant ink.
I called customer service for it, they told me to cancel my Instant Ink membership in Belgium. And start a new one in Netherlands.
I cancelled mine, which took some days till the membership ended. When trying to make a new account the website keep sending me back to the Belgium website, the printer is still connected to that account and I have no idea how to delete it.
when trying to connect it to a brand new Instant ink account, I can’t print the claim code because the cartridges I have now are locked. I didn’t plan on buying new cartridges just to connect to instant ink again, and probably getting the message that I can’t connect it because my printer is still connected to my Belgium account.

anyone knows how to fix it and get my printer to work again? Also it would be a good option if you can just change the country within your HP account..
