Hi, I haven't received an ink delivery since January and I've run out of ink. I tried the Virtual Agent and it was useless. I submitted a request through "get phone number" and received an acknowledgement email - not sure if that is helpful. Is there a phone number that I can call so I can talk to a person?? I need ink and don't have time to click around with no results.
